30-Day Return Policy for all Entera products
It is important to us here at Entera Skincare that our customers receive only the highest quality products. To ensure that happens, we have a strictly limited 30-Day Return Policy as follows:
If your product arrives damaged/leaking, or does not have a safety wrap on the box, please contact our customer service department immediately for assistance. We will refund or replace the product depending on the situation.
No Returns Allowed If the Safety Wrap is Removed
We do not accept returns for products if the safety wrap has been removed. This policy is in place to ensure the purity and safety of our products. By removing the safety wrap, the product is considered used, and we cannot accept a return.
To Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department within 30 days of the original purchase date. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product to us. Once we receive the product and confirm that the safety wrap has not been removed, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product.
Refund Policy
Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exceptions to the Return Policy
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for any reason. This policy does not apply to products that are damaged or defective upon receipt. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service department immediately for assistance.
